I have setup email (gmail with preconfigured sign on)and text shared services for alerts but not receiving any alerts on email or sms.
Can someone please assist?
Do you have any Google Security alerts that need resolved? Is 2FA on your google account setup? Sent a message with other ideas.
If you get it resolved let us know what the failure was.
Yes EGO not sure what is the issue I have added the app password as well
You can always just try reinstalling NT8, and see if that fixes it.
I did that still same issue
Did you try a different email provider? How about Yahoo?
